A BEAN CULTURE X DANCING GNOME COLLABORATION.
Three years ago, we threw our first beer festival with Dancing Gnome Brewery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. So it only seems fitting that we should start our next big project with the OG homies.
In this case, we spent six weeks aging green coffee beans from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, in a Heaven Hill whiskey barrel that went on to age maple syrup, and then Dancing Gnome Barrel Aged Black Clouds. The beans were sourced, stored, and roasted by Atelier De Fer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
